How Our Testing Is Different
Comprehensive functional medicine testing goes above and beyond standard labs to investigate the imbalances making you sick.
If you were to go to your general practitioner or to the emergency room, they would almost certainly run a comprehensive blood count (CBC) test to determine if you are in any critical danger. While a CBC is useful, it is sometimes the only test administered to the patient.
In the case of hormone imbalances, anxiety, SIBO, depression, digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, or any other chronic or degenerative condition, additional testing should be done to confirm the diagnosis, assess physiology and determine which therapies would be best for you.
